The Paperpod brand and all related intellectual property relating to the brand and associated designs (including registered trademarks and registered designs) were acquired by Kid-Eco at the end of March 2012.  All International deliveries of Paperpod products have been temporarily suspended whilst the manufacture of Paperpod products is transferred to the Kid-Eco manufacturing facility.

A review of both the Paperpod and Kid-Eco distribution arrangements is currently under way with a view to improving the provision of both product portfolios across Europe and Internationally.
