Delivery & Returns

What are your Delivery Costs and Timescale?

All the products in our shop are available on a Next Day delivery service to mainland UK addresses.

Please note that although we do everything in our power to keep our delivery prices as low as possible, the size of the outer boxes (large, thin and of not much weight) are considered an inconvenience by many couriers and so we get charged accordingly. We review our shipping arrangements frequently, seek to make no profit through them and always pass any savings we can make directly to the customer.

Please do note that next day deliveries can only be accomodated on orders received by 2pm on weekdays.

A dispatch notification is emailed to you as soon as your item ships. This contains a tracking link which will allow you to see the status of your consigment at any time as it proceeds through the courier system. In the event that your consignment does not arrive by the time that you expect it, please do get in touch with us and we will be happy to track it for you and advise.

What's your returns procedure?

If we send you the wrong item, or the product is damaged we will arrange for collection, free of charge by Parcel Force and on receipt of the returned item issue a replacement.

Please contact us at sales@cardboardtoys.com if you wish to return an item. 

Please ensure you contact us for full returns details before returning an item.

Please include your name, and order reference plus the reason for wanting to return the item. 

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. 

If you're not happy with the product you receive, we want to know about it. We will try and do everything we can, within reason, to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer. 

NOTE your invoice address is NOT A RETURNS ADDRESS, please contact us for full details before making a return.

If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us at sales@cardboardtoys.com or using the post address included with the order documents (please bear in mind this is NOT the returns address). 

We will investigate transit damage with our parcel courier in all cases - and arrange collection of the damaged item.
